Mermaid Hatha Beach Yoga

This is an advanced yoga practice with the goal of getting into Mermaid Pose or Eka Pada Rajakapotasana (One Legged King Pigeon Pose). Join me and my friend AllieMarxx at Honeymoon Island State Park for a 17* minute yoga session that will leave you feeling open. If you would like to practice this flow and are no able to get into mermaid, simply hold pigeon pose while Allie and I continue to Mermaid. Listen to your body. It takes a lot of time and practice to be able to get into this pose and hold it. Just work on it a little bit everyday and soon you will be able to follow this flow completely! See you on the mat!
