From beginner to advanced, allow me to teach you and/or your group any style of yoga you choose. My personal favorite is hatha yoga. It is the happy medium between vinyasa and yin yoga. Hatha allows you to hold a pose for a few breaths and feel the benefits of holding a pose like with yin, but also the opportunity to flow more with your breath, and feel the connection of body and mind like in vinyasa. Yoga is for all ages and sizes. ANYONE CAN DO YOGA!
