The Seven Chakras in Seven Days

Many of you are having to stay at home and practice self-isolation in these past weeks or the few weeks to come. This is a time in our lives that will go down in the history books. This is a scary time for many, but it doesn’t need to be.

Allow this time to be an opportunity for personal growth; for spiritual growth. One of the many ways I like to reconnect with myself is through meditation combined with balancing my chakras. I like to go through each day of the week focusing on a different chakra, allow myself so find balance and peace in the present moment.

I would like to share my practice with you over this next week, starting on Monday, and ending on Sunday. This series will be completely free. If you are new to chakras, don’t worry. There will be a post called “Chakras for Beginners” that will be up Saturday. You don’t have to practice this by yourself, although I usually do. Once the series is done, feel free to repeat it in the following weeks as well.
